The thought of having the perfect and appealing body is putting pressure on almost everyone. But not on my son. He spends a lot of time sitting in front of the computer. Doing so makes it impossible for him to insert working out in the gym into his schedule. We both know our son is not far from being obese and this condition will really have an effect on his health. He may develop heart complications that may cause him to die at a very early age. He seems not to care about all this. He just goes on eating and doing nothing but face the computer.
One time, I tried to talk to him about his condition. He did not take our conversation seriously. That hurt my ego as a father that I almost hit him. So just left him and went to my wife to ask for her advice. She really gave a very good one. She said that if we could not make our son to volunteer to get rid of his extra pounds, we will trick him to doing it.
